Ações socioeducativas na política nacional da assistência social : uma análise sobre a concepção e a operalização no município de Londrina- PR

RESUMO

The present study aims to analyze the social educational actions at Social Assistance National Policy SANP, sanctioned by the federal government in 2005, actions that must be developed in all SARCs Social Assistance Reference Centers in all Brazilian states. The SAOS –Social Assistance Only System, through the FIAP - Family Integral Attention Program – guiding program of the actions developed in the reference units shows among other projects , the social educational actions promotions with the purpose to develop the families served in those units specially those benefited from the FP Family Purse, Continued Benefits Service – CBS -. Thus the study has as a main focus to analyze which conception of social educational action has been understood and operational zed in Londrina County–PR. To answer this question, a bibliographical was undertaken, which shows in the two first chapters and a field research with a sample of 8 techniques and with a follow up of the activities conducted by them. The data from this field research were collected through semi structured interviews, whose schedule showed some categories evolved in the research problem, like social educational conception and operationalization; objectives of execution, difficulties faced in the implementation and the activity execution; challenges of the continuity of those actions. We conclude that it is not clear the conception of the social educational action presented in the documents, as well the techniques, but there is from their part the critical perception of the situation, consequently the search for a theoretical model that makes sense for the social educational development actions. Despite this, the techniques identified and presented some positive aspects that however are not the core idea of the proposition, help to understand the problems experienced by those families in a vulnerable situation.
