Antibody-mediated cytotoxicity in rheumatoid arthritis.

RESUMO
Patients with active seropositive rheumatoid arthritis have reduced antibody-mediated cytotoxicity. Synovial fluid lymphocytes have very low cytotoxicity. A relationship appears to exist between disease activity and cytotoxic activity.
