RESUMO

This dissertation investigates the relationship between consumers and electricity distribuition system networks (transformation stations or substations) in every voltage level. After an initial study of load characterization, the well-Known association parameters, or factors, have been estimated by minimizing constraints the sum of squares of the multivariate multiple linear models error. Tehrer cases of alocation and estimation of electric losses (technical and not technical) have been proposed. Several methodologies for load classification have been studied and compared, namely: the statistical Methods Hierarchical Aglomerative Method and Non-Hierarchical K- Means Method, and Neural Network Models Kohonen´s
