RESUMO
This study aimed to evaluate the effect of the use of inoculants in the degradation of pig slurry at different hydraulic retention times (0, 30, 60, 90, 120, 150, 180 hours) in two different seasons (winter and summer) called experiment 1 and experiment 2. We used a commercial inoculum at the rate recommended by the manufacturer and three alternative seeding materials from fresh cattle manure, chicken litter and sewage, all applied at a dose of 5 ml / L, and the control (without inoculum). The experiments were conducted in Experimental Making Professor Hélio Barbosa, located in the affluent town of MG. He was using a completely randomized design in a split plot, using three replicates, and the test of anaerobic digestion was carried in containers politeriftalato (PET) and green with a capacity of two liters. After each time of arrest were made the following analysis: acidity, pH, alkalinity, biochemical oxygen demand (BOD5), total chemical oxygen demand (DQOt) aminiacal nitrogen, total solids, total volatile solids and sediments, in addition to monitoring air temperatures and the liquid.
