RESUMO

In this work methods of aggregation and time-separation to derive reduced oder models are researched. Technics of discrete control by state and output feedback are researched too. The Schur decomposition is proposed and used to obtain numerically more stable and efficient algorithms for oder reduction and control. The obtainment of reduced oder models os different oders by aggegation and state feedback controls for freeway models are exploited. To a power system model oder reduction by time-separation and control by output feedback are made
