Efeitos de paracetamol na permeabilidade capilar e migração leucocitaria : estudo experimental em camundongos ( M. muscularis)

RESUMO
This work had the purpose of verifying several aspects related the possible antiinflammatory action of paracetarnol, in rnouses. In order to achieve that purpose two distinct study rnodels were ernployed: the edernogenic test, with the Evans blue dye, to observe the effects in the capilar perrneability and the leukocytes counting, in the peritoneal cavity, To verify the influence of paracetarnol in the rnigration of these cells. The results have showed that the paracetarnol, in aunigue dose of 15 rng/kg didn t interfere in the capilar perrneability. In the sarne way, this drug didn t have action in the leukocytes rnigration when adrninistrated in two doses of 15 rng/kg. Frorn these resu1ts, it can be concluded that the paracetarnol, in the used doses,in rnouses, didn t rnodify the studied events of the inflammatory process
