RESUMO
Leucine and isoleucine-valine loci have been mapped in Rhizobium japonicum. Transformation analysis suggests a common pathway for isoleucine-valine biosynthesis. Three-point reciprocal crosses indicated that all the leucine loci are not genetically linked.
