RESUMO

With the current membership of thought for which the structure of society is given on relations of domination between groups and social classes this proposed search understand the contradictions between the promises of design in global education and its potential for effecting a pedagogical practice committed to the citizenship, checking if this works for understanding the entire inside of all concrete or commits itself to the demands of capital in the current stage of capitalism. With this goal investigate the practice while teaching human effective in routine work of public schools, basic level, in their articulation with the dynamics of the historical period of reform conservative, time in which the hegemonic forces favoured the strengthening of the market to the detriment to the public, to both were established relations with the context in which this practice is consolidated - the school - by focusing the workers of education as subjects of our investigation. Thus, through the historical materialism, trying to understand the dialectic between the state of education policy and practice effective teaching by teachers of the public network state of Pernambuco, as it pertains to education for citizenship, with the March time in the Law no. 12252 of 08 July 2002, which approved the State Plan for Education of the State of Pernambuco and the launch of the preliminary version of the Basic Curriculum Policy - December/2006
