RESUMO
The Vargas age (1930-1945), represented in Brasil the break wit a economic model exporter-agrarian, meaning the establishment of a new order that had in the industry and in city yours privileged agents. The Vargas age consolided the cultural, political and economic modernity, and, in the city of Salvador, that action come with a heavy shower, the urban discurse and the automobile come to change the city. Salvador has, to pass for complete urban surgery to shelter this new agent. But, the automobile machine come with others changes. The legal order created new social behaviours and fit the policy and the civil guard protecting the residents of Bahia for new conducts meant urbans and civilizets. This action of modernity found the people of Bahia ready to kept their vision of the city and of the world.
