O conector discursivo QUER DIZER: um caso de gramaticalização

RESUMO
The course of this work constitutes a description of the quer dizer uses that occurs on the data of the Rio de Janeiro speech: with the significa verbal sense; as a discursive connector in the appositive construction, specially as an introductor of appraisal and concluding appraisal; and as an element which occurs on the borders of contents, specially those between Subject Verb and Verb Complement, focusing on the information which comes before or follows the quer dizer. We also comfront the discursive connector with quer dizer que that introduces characteristics of the significa verbal sense and literal features of the discursive connector quer dizer too. The analise based on the principle of the functional paradigm
