RESUMO

In this work we study the problem of hydrothermal scheduling for a system where the hydroelectric power stations are disposed in parallel, trying to extend the results obtained by Bortolossi, Pereira e Tomei. With a convenient continuous formulation, we establish a theorem that guarantees the existence of solution to this problem, and characterize the interior optimums.
