RESUMO

The present dissertation, develop a research from of L. S. Vygotsky theory#s , in the interlocution with authors of several areas and theoretical perspectives, it searches to analyze how the political participation in the Free Ticket Movement , mediate the constitution of the militant citizens, identified in the directions that they attribute to the movement, that is constituted for these citizens. The Campaign for the Free Ticket of Florianópolis initiated its trajectory in 2000 and in 2004 this, group was configured as a social movement that, initially demanded the gratuitousness in the public transport for students and, currently, struggle for the tariff the zero for all people contemplating discussions relating to urban mobility. This social movement develops diverse activities that involve public anifestations, lectures, seminaries, exposition of films, group of studies, among others, displayed at many schools, streets, diverse organizations and other social movements. With the purpose to analyze the processes of significance around this militancy, we use the interview, with opened questions, and a basic script, that had been applied with five militant, individually. Furthermore, we used participant observation for twoyears in various activities of the movement, which were recorded in a diary of field. We accomplished a documentary research , and in dialogic with the speech of the interviewed subjects, we aim to context this social movement. The analysis of this research demonstrated that the family, the school, the university and the friendships were meant as important mediators to the subject who interested for political participation. The style of militancy that marks the collective identity of the Free Ticket Movement, strongly influenced by the characteristics of the new social movements, has proved to be attractive for the citizens to choose this way of political participation. Moreover, we realize that this form of organization more horizontal and participative makes possible to the citizen appropriate new forms of his condition of authorship in the history of this social movement and of his own existence. Finally, we notice that the militancy in the Movement of the Free Ticket allows the subject to build relationships ethical and aesthetic, creating new ways to connect with others and with yourself.
