RESUMO
DNA synthesis, as measured by incorporation of [3H]TTP, was inhibited in Swiss mouse 3T3 cells treated with interferon and subsequently permeabilized with lysolecithin. The degree of inhibition observed was similar in intact or permeabilized cells. The interferon-induced antiviral state was retained in permeabilized cells.
