Projeto Telecurso 2000 e qualificação do "novo" trabalhador

RESUMO
The main objective of this work is to realize how and in which manner the project TELECURSO 2000 can help the workers in the acquisition of new abilities and attitudes required to insert in the new job world. More and more the job market demands a new man, more suitable to the new practices in management in business organizations. For that, it was made a documentary research with several supports(documents from the introduction of the project TC2000, educational material used, audiovisual aids, material from training courses from learning advisors, among others). Besides, it was also used the aid of the ethnographic research through the study of case: the introduction and working of the teleclassroom in a multinational company. It could be inferred from the research that, in fact, the TC2000, contributed to the formation of the new worker, as it develops in the students/workers new abilities, behavior and attitudes, while it qualifies them for the economic productive reality.
