RESUMO

The corporative market competitiveness presents a complex dynamic that demands strategy management to processes to enhance the capacity to learning and provide resilience in the making decision level. The ceaseless business, on the other hand, depends on knowledge of the risks that can intervene with the operation conditions, affecting to the strategic portfolio alignment. In this context, the results of the corporative projects, derived from the strategy and its operational responses, assume sensory relevance that can indicate opportunities and, even, strategic adaptation necessities. The proposal of this work is to develop a Model for Integrated Management of the Strategic Processes MGIPE, that orchestrate all the main groups of strategic management processes. To overlap such challenge, this research makes use of ERM framework beddings, to develop a state machines streamlined structure by business events and validated it by means of controlled environment simulations. The related main results had been gotten by means of simmulations accomplishment that validates strategy management processes groups integration
