RESUMO
Wilkins-Chalgren medium, when prepared in advance and stored over a 14-day period under various conditions, supported the growth of anaerobic bacteria. When antibiotics were incorporated into the medium and held under the same storage conditions, there was no detectable change in activity of the antibiotics.
