RESUMO
UDP glucuronate decarboxylase activity was comparable in encapsulated and non-encapsulated strains of Cryptococcus neoformans, required NAD (Ka = 0.2 mM), and was inhibited by NADH (Ki = 0.1 mM) and UDP xylose.
