1. Detecção de anticorpos para Toxoplasma gondii em soro de suínos criados e abatidos em frigoríficos da região da grande Porto Alegre-RS, Brasil / Detection of antibodies against Toxoplasma gondii in sera from swine bred and slaughtered in the great Porto Alegre-RS abbattoirs, Brazil

2. PERFIL SOROLÓGICO EXPERIMENTAL DE CAMUNDONGOS INFECTADOS COM A CEPA CISTOGÊNICA ME-49, DE Toxoplasma gondii ANTES E PÓSTERAPÊUTICA ESPECIFICA. / EXPERIMENTAL SOROLÓGICO PROFILE OF MICE INFECTED WITH Cystogenic ME-49, DE Toxoplasma gondii BEFORE AND AFTER THERAPY SPECIFICATIONS.
Toxoplasmosis is a protozoosis of high incidence in the world, caused by Toxoplasma gondii, transmitted by the ingestion of food contaminated by oocysts found in feline feces, or cists in raw or underdone meat, congenitally in other instances. The disease is usually asymptomatic, but in embryos or in imunodrepessive patients it may be devastating. In this wo

4. Nucleus-associated pools of Rna1p, the Saccharomyces cerevisiae Ran/TC4 GTPse activating protein involved in nucleus/cytosol transit.
Rna1p is the GTPase activating enzyme for Ran/TC4, a Ras-like GTPase necessary for nuclear/cytosolic exchange. Although most wild-type Rna1p is located in the cytosol, we found that the vast majority of the mutant Rna1-1p and, under appropriate physiological conditions, a small portion of the wild-type Rna1p cofractionate with yeast nuclei. Subnuclear fracti
