1. Rare Case of Sarcomatoid Squamous Cell Carcinoma Arising in an Ovarian Mature Teratoma

3. Adult granulosa cell tumor of the testis masquerading as hydrocele
Adult testicular granulosa cell tumor is a rare, potentially malignant sex cord-stromal tumor, of which 30 cases have been described to date. We report the case of a 43-year-old male who complained of a left testicular swelling. Scrotal ultrasound showed a cystic lesion, suggestive of hydrocele. However, due to a clinical suspicion of a solid-cystic neoplasm

4. Disgerminoma bilateral e hiperplasia endometrial cística com piometra em cadela = Bilateral Dysgerminoma and Cystic Endometrial Hyperplasia with Pyometra in a bitch / Bilateral Dysgerminoma and Cystic Endometrial Hyperplasia with Pyometra in a Bitch
Background: Ovarian tumors are considered rare both in dogs and cats. Germ cell neoplasms correspond to approximately 15% of the cases and can be classified into dysgerminomas, teratomas and teratocarcinomas. Reports of bilateral dysgerminoma in dogs and cats are rare. The aim of this work was to describe a case of bilateral dysgerminoma and cystic endometri

7. Istoadenoma do ducto biliar comum
Biliary duct cystoadenomas are rare neoplasms, with about 120 cases described in the literature, including cystoadenomas and cystoadenocarcinomas. The authors report a case of cystoadenoma of the common bile duct in a 45-year-old woman with history of jaundice. Ultrasound revealed a cystic mass located in the common bile duct. 9. Bronchial carcinoma in an ovarian cystic teratoma (dermoid)
An ovarian cystic teratoma (dermoid) in which a squamous cell carcinoma had developed from bronchial epithelium via a process of basal cell hyperplasia, squamous metaplasia, and malignant change in situ is described. It is suggested that this sequence of changes may be due to the carcinogenic action of a constituent of the cyst contents.

10. Excessive Ovarian Production of Nerve Growth Factor Facilitates Development of Cystic Ovarian Morphology in Mice and Is a Feature of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome in Humans
Although ovarian nerve growth factor (NGF) facilitates follicular development and ovulation, an excess of the neurotrophin in the rodent ovary reduces ovulatory capacity and causes development of precystic follicles. Here we show that ovarian NGF production is enhanced in patients with polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) and that transgenically driven overpro

11. Mucinous cystadenoma of the appendix with raised serum carcinoembryonic antigen concentration: clinical and pathological features.
A case of mucinous cystadenoma mimicking ovarian cancer is reported. Serum carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) concentration was raised, and computed tomography of the abdomen and pelvis demonstrated a long oval shaped cystic mass measuring 9 cm in length on the right anterior side of the uterus. Because of possible right ovarian cancer, laparotomy was performed
