1. Sobre a evolução hidrodinâmica da matéria nuclear criada em colisões de íons pesados relativísticos - um estudo com condições iniciais flutuantes / On the hydrodynamic evolution of the nuclear matter created in relativistic heavy ion collisions - a study with fluctuating initial conditions
In this work we apply a hydrodynamic model with fluctuating initial conditions in a event by event basis to study some observables in relativistic heavy ion collisions. We show that the introduction of fluctuations, characterized by longitudinal high energy density tubes, turn the computation of the observables closer to data, in comparison to the traditiona

2. Estudo sobre o fluxo dirigido / A study about directed flow

3. Waves in nuclear matter / Ondas na matéria nuclear
Assuming that nuclear matter can be treated as a perfect fluid, we study the propagation of perturbations in the baryon density. The equation of state is derived from a relativistic mean field model, which is a variant of the non-linear Walecka model. The expansion of the Euler and continuity equations of relativistic hydrodynamics around equilibrium configu

4. Causal theory of relativistic dissipative hydrodynamics
We present a new formalism for the theory of relativistic dissipative hydrodynamics, where covariance and causality are satisfied by introducing the memory effect in irreversible currents. Our theory has a much simpler structure and thus has several advantages for practical purposes compared to the Israel-Stewart theory (IS). We apply our formalism to the Bj

5. SPH formalism for second order thermodynamics
The structure of the dissipative relativistic hydrodynamics is discussed. The second order thermodynamics developed by Israel, Stewart and Müller is briefly reviewed to be incorporated in the scheme of SPH formalism.

6. Causality, memory effect and relativistic dissipative hydrodynamics
We discuss the minimal structure of relativistic dissipative hydrodynamics which satisfies the covariance and causality by introducing the memory effect in irreversible currents.

7. Accelerating solutions of perfect fluid hydrodynamics for initial energy density and life-time measurements in heavy ion collisions
A new class of accelerating, exact, explicit and simple solutions of relativistic hydrodynamics is presented. Since these new solutions yield a finite rapidity distribution, they lead to an advanced estimate of the initial energy density and life-time of high energy heavy ion collisions. Accelerating solutions are also given for spherical expansions in arbit

8. Working in hydrodynamics with Yogiro Hama
I present a brief overview on the motivation for performing relativistic nuclear collisions and the justification for using hydrodynamics to describe them. The contribution of Prof. Hama to the field of hydrodynamics and his efforts to form a group working on this subject are outlined.

9. Causal structure of relativistic dissipative hydrodynamics
We present a new formalism for the relativistic dissipative hydrodynamics consistent with causality. We start from the physical analysis of the irreversible currents according to the Landau-Lifshitz theory. Then, the irreversible currents are given by integral expressions which take into account the relaxation time. Only one additional parameter was introduc

10. On the existence of Korteweg: de Vries solitons in relativistic hydrodynamics
We study the conditions for the formation and propagation of Korteweg-de Vries solitons in relativistic fluid dynamics using an appropriate equation of state. The KdV equation is obtained from the relativistic version of the Euler and continuity equations.

11. Comparison between classification using impact parameter and using number of participants in relativistic nuclear collisions
Using the hydrodynamical code NeXSPheRIO, we compare predictions as usually done in hydrodynamics, using centrality windows defined through the impact parameter, and as obtainable experimentally, using windows in participant number.
